KLB LeaderSHIFT Intensives
This is an opportunity for your entire church or ministry's leadership team to receive full training and equipping to meet the unique needs. KLB will prayerfully assess the senior leader's vision and transformational needs. In partnership with Holy Spirit, and based on the ministry's unique needs, KLB will tailor design your packaged program. Typical training engagement are usually six to eight weeks, with initial engagement via a hands-on, immersive KLB LeaderSHIFT Intensive Weekend.
